NASHVILLE, Tenn. - There are 30 men's basketball players who have made the 2009-2010 TranSouth Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete team. That is one more than the conference produced a year ago. Blue Mountain College leads the way with seven players listed.

TranSouth Scholar-Athlete recipients must be a sophomore or above in academic standing; have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale).
