INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The American Basketball Association (ABA) has announced its 2009 All-Star Team and Special Awards. Former Trevecca Nazarene University standout Curtis Lewis was named the Rookie of the Year. "Choosing these players was not easy," stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO, "but thanks to the help of some very knowledgeable people, I think we were able to come up with the right selections.
