BATESVILLE, Ark. - Diego Santos of Union University has been named the TranSouth Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, and James Coleman of Martin Methodist was honored with the selection of TranSouth Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sept. 5th.

Santos, a 5-11 freshman midfielder from Anapolis, Brazil, scored three goals and assisted on another during a 3-0 week for the Bulldogs. Santos scored a goal in a 4-0 win over Sewanee, assisted on a goal in a 2-0 victory against Emmanuel and scored two of the team's three goals in a 3-0 triumph over Delta State.
